We work with our employees to accommodate flexible work arrangements, particularly for working parents and law students.
The working mothers currently in our team enjoy sharing stories, experiences, tips and tricks to help each team member successfully navigate and balance “law land” and “parent life”.
Support and Training
We support and mentor our law students and assist them with the juggle of university and employment.
Our whole team are each other’s biggest supporters and provide mentoring and guidance. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond to cheer each other on from the side lines, sharing a chat, a coffee and a hug whenever anyone in the team needs it.
At Next Legal and Conveyancing, we have identified that the legal services industry doesn’t have a great deal of room for gentle, kind, flexible, compassionate, feminine, light-hearted and fun lawyers or law firms, so we created it ourselves!
