Ellen graduated from Charles Sturt University with a Bachelor of Laws in 2022. In 2023, Ellen graduated from the College of Law with a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice. Ellen was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and to the High Court of Australia in 2023.
Ellen practices primarily in the area of family law. Ellen brings a wealth of knowledge with more than 17 years’ experience working in the legal profession. Ellen’s experience in working for plaintiff and defendant firms, both boutique and mid-tier national firms, in Newcastle and Sydney is advantageous. Ellen has a background in personal injury law, specifically, compulsory third party, workers compensation, public liability, medical negligence and commercial litigation, where she has earned a reputation for being both empathetic and fiercely determined in pursuing the best possible outcomes for her clients.
In every case Ellen undertakes, she provides steadfast support and advocacy to individuals and families navigating difficult circumstances. Ellen prioritises clear communication and active listening, ensuring that her clients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout the legal process.
When the situation demands it, Ellen is unwavering in her resolve to protect the rights and interests of her clients. She possesses the strength and tenacity to confront adversity head-on, advocating vigorously for her clients while maintaining integrity and professionalism at every step.
